A busy summer for our hospitality customers and in very challenging circumstances. Here’s a homage to their artistry and some of the beautiful dishes they’ve created using our meat. As the summer draws to an end, it’s a good time to announce a new collaboration we are launching which will create a network of farms in The Lake District which rear traditional breeds of sheep, pigs and cattle using traditionally ethical methods. Slaughtered using the highest standards of welfare at H.C. Airey and Sons, a 180 year old family run small slaughterhouse. This will be supplied exclusively to the butchery trade via @tandgwholesalemeats the London based For us it provides an exceptionally well regarded outlet for the high quality meats being produced and for @tandgwholesalemeats it provides a short link, ethical and consistent supply chain supply and quality small herd farmers. The first delivery is going down to London this week and we look forward to this being a regular weekly run.
