We will also be doing T bones and bone in sirloin on this as well as Rib roasts and short ribs. We can trace this beasts pedigree back 29 generations! All the way to at least 1941. A lot of its breeding came from Beryl Rutherford a breeder widely acclaimed as being hugely influential in Dexter breeding and bloodlines and making the breed as popular and secure as it is today. Traceability is a buzz word and a lot of fakery happens.
