A typical 10 Kilo Box (£175 estimated 80 portions) is shown below. Ribs, Sirloins can be on or off the bone.

1 Kilo Stewing Steak

1 Kilo Shin

1 Kilo Brisket (rolled or flat)

1000g sirloin

300g Fillet

600g Ribeye
