A very enjoyable day finalising some aspects of our new BBQ box. Our first Asado using @sizzlegrills amazing equipment. Quite daunting when first setting out but super intuitive and a highly highly recommended cooking experience. Our BBQ box collaboration with @theconsciouscarnivores, is launching tomorrow featuring some great meats and some amazing input from these people at the very top of their respective games.
