Very excited to announce the first Fifty Four Degrees North Festival.

Very excited to announce the first Fifty Four Degrees North Festival. A festival celebrating traditional breed meat and fire, we are also showcasing some of the areas fantastic farmers and food and drink producers. We are very lucky to have the amazing @intothewoodscumbria as the festival site.

As a partner in @fiftyfourdegreesnorth we will be supplying all our meat and have also asked @lakesbrewco To bring a selection of their award winning beers plus some specially brewed for the event. @more_bakery and @moreartisan are also bringing their baked goods expertise. Many of the areas chefs we supply will be doing demos and tasting dishes as well as exclusive chefs tables.

We will also tell the story of how our Traditonal breeds are farmed for flavour and the have discussions with farmers, abbatoir owners, butchers and chefs.

There will be; a whole Dexter roasted, Herdwick Lamb Asado’s plus Mexican Cochinita pibil. As well as spit roasted Bresse Chickens.

Great Bands, DJ’s, Lots of children’s activities and an enormous amount more.
