We are supplying all the meat for the 54 Degree North Festival. All beef, lamb, pork, chicken. All sausages, bacon and charcuterie from traditional

Breeds, farmed for flavour. A great opportunity to come and taste the meat in many many fire cooked guises, cooked by outstanding chefs from around the Country. Dishes from a simple bacon sandwich to a Cochinita pibil taco. Some Bresaola prepared by @lambposts to what we believe is a World first in whole smoking a Dexter in a custom built 500 Gallon offset by @ironbrandcustomsmokers

There are lots of cyclical parts to the meat being produced some specially reared Bresse chickens will be finished in the traditional way on bread and milk. In our case some @more_bakery stale bread and organic milk from @torpenhow.cheese.co .

Our rare breed Tamworth and Mangalitsa pigs will also have been eating spent grain from @lakesbrewco .
